Lebanese: Fattoush Salad

For the dressing:

Procedure:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F, put the bread pieces on a baking tray and bake for about 7 minutes (until lightly golden brown)
  2. Make the dressing: Mix all ingredients well
  3. Cut the lettuce and all the vegetables into small even-sized pieces
  4. Pour dressing over salad, mix in the toasted bread and toss well
  5. Garnish with sumac and pomegranate seeds
